Where we transfer personal data abroad, we make sure it is protected, for example by transferring it only to countries the UK government considers to have adequate protection, or by using approved contractual safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. You can contact us for more information about these safeguards.

8. How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep personal data only for as long as we need it for the purposes set out in this policy, and to meet our legal, accounting and reporting obligations. As a general guide:

You can manage or withdraw your consent through our cookie banner [insert link to cookie settings] or through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the website works. Further details are in our Cookie Policy.

10. Keeping Your Information Secure

These include access controls, secure systems and staff training. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we will take all reasonable steps to protect your data.

If there is a data breach that is likely to put your rights and freedoms at risk, we will notify you and the ICO where the law requires.
